我已给自己定好了每一天的时间表：
早上到下午 ：工作 （这个当然了）
放工第一件事 ：跑步/打球
回到家 ：半个小时Yoga /后冲凉
晚上 : 如果有需要就出去工作，不然就在家。
十一点/半 ：睡觉了！
希望可以一直这样下去吧 ！

遇见希望
几天前，去见了医生，还以为可以见专科医生。偏偏的就要先验血，这外科医生说可能是 男性荷尔蒙失调而导致，所以要看验血报告才可以决定是否要见心理专科。好希望自己不是心理问题，好希望报告快点出来....今早遇见了一名开Clinic 的家庭医生，我就问了他在kt是否有心理专科医生，他说就只有大医院才有，不然就得去吉隆坡才有。听了有点失望，这时他问我是谁要见心理医生，我坦白的回答是我。他这时才说，他女儿是在大医院的心理专科部工作的，她可以替我预约时间见医生。听了这番话，心都松了一下。他和我要了个人资料，然后要我等电话就是了。我只是一直不停的和他说谢谢，真的很谢谢你 Dr. Venka.
最后就希望可以快点康复吧！

她已不理我一个礼拜了。从第一天起，每天都过得迷失灵魂似的，我已忘了我自己。还记得她和我说的 “你把自己医好了再来和我说”，我就知道自己的心理病已越来越严重了，只是一直在逃避。每一次给她讯息，她都不回，电话也不接，我的心都碎了。每一次的希望，都换回了失望。我真的好想念你啊，宝贝。

改变自己
昨天太寂寞了，四点钟下午就去篮球场跑步。一面跑的，一面想，想了很多。这次绝不再给自己找借口了。我一直在想，为何身体会变得那么差？最后决定了，要改变了。我给自己定下了一些目标 ：
＊减少肉类食物。
＊开始吃蔬菜＋水果。
＊多做运动。
＊让自己开朗。多想好的。
＊放松自己。
我要成为一个可以给到身边的人安全感的人。加油！

side effect ?
this recent i found that my engine tone getting louder , it's annoyed ... is it because of the catalyzer that i replaced with bullet ? hmm .... or the grounding cable that i install few weeks ago ? hmm ...........so annoyed ........ need help !!!!! the hot inazma pocket that ordered few days ago will be arrived today , hehe ... can't wait to try it .... please wait for my feed back !

About My Car
This recent i'm busy with upgrade my car's performance , car horsepower and fuel efficiency . After a few months study from forum and advices from friends , i already have a " going to get" parts list in my mind . Let's have a look :

i already fix the GuangDao Super Gold VS few weeks ago , bought it from my friend's shop & D.I.Y it. i can feel the diffrent between before & after , the car move smoother then before , really satisfy with this product . But something happen after i fill the MOBIL Petrol few days (normally i use Shell fuel saver) , the car become like so heavy ...swt ... still cannot figure out what is the problem , is it the petrol problem ? the mobil petrol also selling at RM2.05/ L ... now i'm waiting for the next filling ,will back to shell as well ,hopefully it's not engine problem ...
